Shareca Vallaire, Founder | Executive Director
Shareca Vallaire is a serial entrepreneur, educator, nonprofit consultant, and holds her master’s in Nonprofit Management from the University of Houston- Downtown, and a bachelor’s in Accounting from Dillard University- New Orleans, LA. She is devoted to advocating, empowering, and assisting parents and their children to live their best lives. Shareca’s love for education, since a young girl, has always been imperative, allowing her to use it as a vehicle to excel in life! It is her life’s mission and has been demonstrated by working with children and parents for over 20 years in childcare, both the private and public school settings, and youth entrepreneurship. As the founder and director of her very own child development center, Success 4 Kidz, her motto is to “Partner with Parents for Purpose.” The same motto is used when developing relationships with her children’s teachers, school administration, and the community at large. It has proven to be successful as she is the proud mother of two young academic scholars, business moguls, and philanthropists- Brooke (Vallaire) Romas of Vallaire’s and Brice Everhart of Vallaire’s For Men.
Shareca’s passion for education allowed her to explore the many facets of the education system and granted her the opportunity to meet and build relationships with prominent leaders within schools and the community. While doing so, there was one common message that was repetitive and she could not ignore, especially after being commissioned by other parents, schools, and law enforcement, “Do something for parents!”
Parents are the primary resource in their children’s education; therefore, it is urgent that we create a support system that can ensure their overall personal and academic success. Having served in the public schools over years and witnessed the need to assist parents and schools in creating a parent partnership in education, many agreed to roll up their sleeves and join Shareca in establishing Parents In Power!
